Vegan Iced Coffee

2 parts of your favorite coffee double strength
1 part soy, almond, coconut, or other vegan milk
A drop of chocolate syrup

If you have left over coffee, pour into ice cube molds to drop 
into your next batch of iced coffee.

Drizzle a little (or a lot) of this vegan salted caramel sauce on 
top for an extra special treat--and I mean treat
